يبحث أحد عملائنا في الرياض عن مدير حسابات يقود قسم الحسابات في إدارته المالية. يرتبط بالرئيس التنفيذي للمالية، ويشرف على محاسبين أوائل في العملاء والإيرادات، والموردين والمدفوعات، والبنوك، والأصول الثابتة، والرواتب.
المهام
- إدارة الإقفال الشهري والسنوي بتقويم واضح ومسؤول لكل قسم
- إعداد القوائم المالية والتقارير الدورية في مواعيدها
- مراجعة دفتر الأستاذ العام ومتابعة الفروقات والبنود المفتوحة حتى تسويتها
- وضع مستويات مراجعة لطلبات الصرف تضمن فصل المهام
- مراجعة الرواتب محاسبيًا ضمن سلسلة اعتمادها
- متابعة إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة والزكاة
- التعامل مع المراجع الخارجي ومعالجة ملاحظاته
- مطابقة الحسابات البينية
- توزيع العمل على الفريق وتقييمه وتطويره
المتطلبات
- بكالوريوس محاسبة أو مالية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المحاسبة، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في الإشراف على محاسبين
- خبرة عملية في إعداد القوائم المالية وقيادة الإقفال
- عضوية سارية في الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين (SOCPA)
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
يُفضَّل
- خبرة في التجزئة أو محطات الوقود أو الامتياز التجاري أو الشركات متعددة الفروع
- استخدام Odoo في العمل
- معرفة بمعايير IFRS
- زمالة الهيئة أو CPA أو CMA
One of our clients in Riyadh is hiring an Accounting Manager to lead the accounts section of its finance department. The role reports to the CFO and oversees senior accountants covering receivables and revenue, payables and payments, banking, fixed assets and payroll.
Responsibilities
- Run the monthly and annual close, with a clear calendar and a named owner for each section
- Prepare the financial statements and periodic reports on schedule
- Review the general ledger and follow differences and open items through to settlement
- Set review levels for payment requests that keep duties segregated
- Review payroll from the accounting side as part of its approval chain
- Follow up VAT and zakat returns
- Work with the external auditor and resolve audit findings
- Reconcile intercompany accounts
- Assign, evaluate and develop the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- At least 8 years in accounting, including at least 3 years supervising accountants
- Hands-on experience preparing financial statements and leading the close
- Valid membership of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA)
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
Preferred
- Experience in retail, fuel stations, franchising or multi-branch companies
- Hands-on use of Odoo
- Knowledge of IFRS
- SOCPA fellowship, CPA or CMA
